JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the victim. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected earlier by this Court vide order dated 30.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44302 of 2015, taking note of this fact that there was specific allegation of assault against the petitioner but now circumstance has been changed as the parties have settled their dispute amicably. The present case has been lodged due to matrimonial discord and now both the parties are ready to lead their conjugal life and, therefore, I think it proper to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55115 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai P.S.Case No. 20 of 2015 in connection with Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai.
The learned trial court is directed to dispose of the case as early as possible so that parties could lead their married life happily and peacefully.
