JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 09-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

After coming to know about the assemblage of member of an outfit at the house of Rajendra Paswan, a raid was conducted and during course thereof, others managed to escape while Ravindra Paswan, Rajendra Paswan and Jaitul Ram (petitioner) were apprehended. From the possession of Rajendra Paswan, a country made loaded carbine, from the possession of Ravindra Paswan, two live cartridges, mobile set and from the possession of petitioner, one mobile set have been recovered.

Petitioner is under custody since 23.08.2015. From para-3 of the petition, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Jaitul Ram @ Jatul Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Jamhore PS Case No. 69/2015. (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J) perwez U T
