The present writ petition has been filed for "issuance of an appropriate writ/s order/orders, direction/directions commanding the respondents to provide the amount towards gratuity and leave encashment to the petitioner who were under deputation under the Respondent-Corporation and subsequently they were returned to the parent Department (Bihar State Handloom & Handicrafts Corporation Ltd.), the period of deputation of the petitioner was 04.07.2017 to29.12.2017, for which interest thereon; or any other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is entitled to."

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that as far as payment of leave encashment is concerned, the same has already been received by the petitioner and the grievance of the petitioner in this regard stands redressed. As regards the claim for gratuity, the petitioner states that steps for payment thereof have already been taken by the respondents and as such the matter need not be pressed any further.

4. The petitioner accordingly seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.

5. Learned counsel for the State appears.

6. Permission is accorded. The writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
