Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 07.09.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21996/ 2021.

It is submitted that petitioner is in custody since 02.07.2020 but till date charge has not been framed in this case. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saharsa in connection with Mahisi PS case No. 170/ 2019.
