JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One stolen motorcycle is said to have been recovered from house of the petitioner but at the time of recovery, the petitioner disclosed that the aforesaid motorcycle was handed over to him by his relative and subsequently, the name of relative of the petitioner, came in light and other motorcycle was recovered on the basis of confessional statement.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2707 of 2016 (3) dt.18-02-2016 2/2 like amount each in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No. 322 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
