====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned. The present application for contempt has been filed against the Opposite Parties for their willful violation and disobedience of the order dated 22.03.2022 passed by this Court in CWJC No. 3110 of 2021.

A show cause has been filed on behalf of the Opposite Parties No. 1 to 3 stating therein that in compliance of

Patna High Court MJC No.1157 of 2022(3) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 the order passed by this Court, the Principal Secretary Home (Police) Department, Bihar, Patna, has passed the reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner which has been annexed as Annexure-K to the show cause.

In view of the fact that representation has been disposed by a reasoned order, I do not find any reason to initiate contempt against the petitioner.

Accordingly, this contempt application is dismissed. However, the petitioner, if so aggrieved, will be at liberty to challenge the reasoned order in accordance with law before an appropriate forum.
