2. The present writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "I. To direct the concerned respondents to pay the due arrear of difference of Pay Scale of Rs. 15,22,143/- etc. with interest, forthwith.

II. To grant any other relief/reliefs which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in this connection, petitioner has already filed a detailed representation before the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 2) on

Patna High Court CWJC No.9259 of 2024(2) dt.02-12-2024 2/2 12.04.2024 but till date, no action has been taken on the same.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Respondent No.

2) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.

5. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 2) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
