The complaint of the petitioner is that her name is missing from the voter list of Gram Panchayat Raj, Block- Arearaj, District East Champaran. The petitioner was married in the Panchayat and it is after marriage that the petitioner became the resident of the Panchayat on 15.5.2015, so obviously her name would not be there in the previous Panchayat voter list. She states in para 7 that her name was present in the Assembly voter list of 2015 but there is nothing on record to support this contention. Her name is also not there in the modified Assembly voter list of 2016. In such circumstances and in absence of any application in the prescribed form (MÛ) as issued by the State Election Commission for inclusion of names, no indulgence can be granted to the prayer made. The writ petition is disposed of. Bibhash/- (Jyoti Saran, J) U
