The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Basantpur (Lakari Nabiganj) P.S. Case No. 305 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 (A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

Taking into consideration the statement of the prosecutrix girl recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and the case set up is not make out as against the petitioners, I am inclined to allow the petitioners on bail, in the event of arrest they shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the
