The petitioner, who is in custody since 1.9.2015 in connection with G.R.P. Patna P.S. Case No. 304 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 401, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on an allegation of recovery of stolen mobile and one broken piece of blade the petitioner has been made accused and arrested. He submits that there is no material to show that the recovered mobile from the possession of the petitioner was stolen or not. Be that as it may, keeping in view the nature of
