The petitioner filed this petition for modification of the order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30484 of 2015. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.07.2015 in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks. The petitioner had undertaken to deposit 20% of the total amount lying due against the petitioner i.e. Rs.1,12,77,448/- within six months from the date of the aforesaid order.

It appears that the petitioner has not deposited 20% of the aforesaid amount within six months from the date of the aforesaid order.

Hence, I do not find fit/proper to extend the period for depositing the money. Accordingly, modification petition is dismissed. Kundan (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) U T
