JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because the petitioner was working at Surat, he reached Patna belatedly and by that time the four weeks time granted by this Court to surrender had expired. It is submitted that now the petitioner is in the State of Bihar and he is willing to surrender in the court below if this Court grants him indulgence by extending the time.

In the given facts and circumstances of the case, in case the petitioner surrenders in the court below within a period of two weeks from today, he will be enlarged on bail in terms of the order dated 02.04.2019 passed by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.18262 of 2019. Rest of the order shall remain intact. No further prayer for modification or extension of
