JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or writs directing the respondents to pay the rent of the petitioner's house, which was hired for the purposes of running Anganbari centre for Anganbari Centre No.57, Ward No.23, village Mansoor Meat Gali, Police Station- Chapra Town, District-Saran, which is due since March, 2016, which is payable @ Rs.3000/- per month, which has been held up illegally by the respondent no.4."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner
Patna High Court CWJC No.13921 of 2018(3) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 submits that the current rent has been paid to the petitioner, however, the arrears of rent are yet to be paid, hence, the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Child Development Project Officer, Chapra Sadar, District-Saran at Chapra, for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

At this juncture, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the Respondent-State that the rent agreement has been entered into with the wife of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) Ajay/- U
