It appears that for the same relief, which the petitioner is seeking in the present writ application, he had earlier approached this Court by filing CWJC No. 10457 of 2016, read with the prayer made in I.A. No. 1564 of 2018, which came to be disposed of by an order dated 17.04.2019. In such circumstance, this writ application cannot be entertained.

The petitioner shall, however, be at liberty to make
