2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 641 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner along with co-accused Dileep Mahto assaulted brother-in-law of the informant with axe.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation of assault is general and omnibus. As per injury report, injured sustained only one injury caused by hard and blunt substance. Similarly situated co-accused Dileep Mahto has

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36359 of 2026(2) dt.03-07-2026 2/2 already been granted regular bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 27.11.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78586 of 2025. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 16.03.2026.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent and period of custody, this bail application is allowed. The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Mahua P. S. Case No. 641 of 2025. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Navya/- U T
