2. The petitioner claims that he had been appointed as a Clerk in Satya Narayan Prasad College, Sanjat, Begusarai on 27.01.2004 by the Managing Committee of the said College, wherein he joined on 31.01.2004 and since then he has been working in the College without any break. The College is said to be affiliated with the Bihar School Examination Board (Higher Secondary).

3. It is evident that the College in question is a privately managed College and receives aid from the State Government.
4. The petitioner seeks a direction commanding the respondents to enquire into the illegal distribution of the aid/grant of Satya Narayan Prasad College, Begusarai for the period 2010-11, 2011-12 and 2012-13 and onwards.
5. There is vague allegation made in the writ application that Respondent Nos. 10 and 11 have appointed some persons belonging to their own family in order to misuse the Government aid.
6. The dispute of the nature as raised in the present application on the basis of what has been asserted in the writ application, cannot be adjudicated in a writ proceeding.
7. It will, however, be open to the concerned Department of the State Government to examine as to whether the aid being released by the State Government is being duly utilized or not. No further order can be passed in the present proceeding.
8. This application stands disposed of.
