2. With the consent of both the parties, this writ application is being disposed of at the present stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the reliefs claimed by him in the present writ application, the petitioner has already filed several representations, one of them being dated 05.01.2024 (Annexure-5 series at page 52 of the writ application) before the District Program Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.9762 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 MANREGA, Begusarai (respondent no. 6) and he would be satisfied if an appropriate direction is issued by this Court for disposal of the said representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

4. To this prayer being made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State does not have any objection.

5. Considering the limited nature of prayer being made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is disposed of directing the District Program Officer, MANREGA, Begusarai (respondent no. 6) to dispose of the representation dated 05.01.2024 filed by the petitioner (Annexure-5 series at page 52 of writ application) after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and speaking order within two months from the date of production of a copy of this order by the petitioner.

6. With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ application is disposed of. All pending I.A. will also deemed to have been disposed of.
