The petitioner seeks bail in Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a)(d)/41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

59 litres of country liquor and instrument for manufacturing wine has been recovered from Bhatti of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.
