The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the allegation has been made that the petitioner snatched an artificial chain, there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and has been in custody since 17.09.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st
