The petitioner is in custody in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of Explosive Substances Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioner was not named in the F.I.R.. The incident took place within boundary of Sukhraj Ray School. Informant saw ball like substance wrapped with threads and when he picked up the substance and tried to unwrap the same substance got blast causing injury on his right leg and hand. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is in custody 18.01.2019.

No.34545 of 2019(2) dt.27-05-2019 2/2 Considering the facts that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he was not named in the F.I.R., the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 182 of 2018.
