This application is for grant of bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S.Case No.191 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 324, 326, 307 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that for one occurrence, two F.I.R. have been lodged against this petitioner and this is against the principle of double jeopardize. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about five months and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides. In view of the nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5738 of 2017 (2) dt.17-02-2017 2/2 stage, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and it is needless to say that the petitioner has to co-operate in the disposal of the trial.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
