JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The informant claims that he as well as several other persons deposited huge amount in OCPL Company in the year 2007 at the instigation of petitioner and others as the petitioner was Director of the aforesaid OCPL Company, but neither petitioner nor his agent gave any receipts as well as bounds to the informant and other investors and when the scheme matured, the petitioner and his associates refused to make any payment and again prompted the informant and others to invest money in Star Gold Multiservice Insurance Company.

Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that there is

No.2665 of 2016 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 nothing on the record to show that any amount had been deposited by the informant and others in the year 2007 at the instigation of the petitioner and as a matter of fact petitioner was working as agent of Star Gold Multiservice Insurance Company and some dispute arose between the informant and petitioner resulting implication of the petitioner in this false case. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
