JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-09-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in most arbitrary and mala fide manner, the opposite parties have reduced the pay of the petitioner, as earlier the petitioner was drawing salary of Rs.25,000/- and odd, but after the order of the writ Court in the name of implementation of the direction of this Court, the pay of the petitioner was reduced to Rs. 23,100/- and odd, which is indicative of the mala fide on the part of the opposite parties.
This Court exercising contempt jurisdiction is not inclined to enter into the correctness of such calculation and determination made by the opposite parties.
Patna High Court MJC No.2378 of 2018(5) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to raise the issue of arbitrariness in the decision making process in the garb of implementation of the direction issued by this Court.
