Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 86 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 435, 436, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47322 of 2021(2) dt.21-04-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner nos. 4 and 7, above named, who have been arrested by the police.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner nos. 4 and 7, above named. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8 is concerned, the same is allowed considering the nature of dispute i.e. for road and the allegations levelled against them as also the nature of injury sustained by the injured. Accordingly, let the petitioner nos. 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 8, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 86 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
