The petitioner is in custody in connection with Darpa P.S. Case No. 110 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 25(1-b)A, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that cartridges and guns were recovered from his house. The petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018.
