JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-03-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file a representation regarding his grievance mentioned in the writ petition, before the respondent no. 2.

Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioner may file a representation before the respondent no. 2 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the same by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of four weeks thereafter considering the fact that the juniors to the petitioners have been granted promotion with effect from an earlier date than the date on which the petitioner has been granted promotion.
