JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the contemner that in pursuance to the order of this Court dated 14.03.2019, the delinquent who is prima facie responsible for delay in ensuring compliance of the order of this Court, has been suspended, hence no further action required in the present proceedings.

The learned counsel for the petitioner on the contrary submits that a sum of Rs. 35,000/- approximately is still remaining to be paid.

If that be so, the contemners may pay the same within

Patna High Court MJC No.2363 of 2018(6) dt.03-04-2019 2/2 a period of two weeks from today and in case it is found that no amount is due for payment, then appropriate orders be passed within the same period, failing which the petitioner shall be at liberty to file an I.A. for revival of the present contempt petition. The contempt petition stands disposed off.
