JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One Onida colour T.V is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and co-accused disclosed that he had sold the aforesaid stolen colour T.V to the petitioner. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 5.09.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani in connection Madhubani Town P.S.Case No. 398 of 2015.
