Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to prosecution case itself, petitioner is neither owner of the truck from which, the stolen iron rod was unloaded nor the owner of the godown. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 17-10-2015.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Alauli P.S.
