Patna High Court CWJC No.6696 of 2017 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 Court, passed in the case of the petitioner, in CWJC No. 21785 of 2011 which is dated 13.05.2014.

Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent no. 5 shall take a final decision within a period of four weeks from today, considering the aforesaid judgment dated 13.05.2014 whereupon the consequential benefits shall be granted within a period of four weeks thereafter.
