The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of abducting the minor sister of the informant by Amarjeet Kumar. It is alleged that the family members of Amarjeet Kumar facilitate the abduction of minor sister of the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has been roped in the present case only because he happens to be father of main accused Amarjeet Kumar. Statement has been made in para-3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the thrust of accusation is against

No.10623 of 2016 (2) dt.10-03-2016 Amarjeet Kumar, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Madhvendra Singh, J.M., Ist Class, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. Case No. 233 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
