2. In the present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- "a. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of a writ of Certiorari for quashing the order of Technical Bid

Patna High Court CWJC No.9463 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2026 2/3 disqualification on 07.04.2025 and 28.04.2025 as well as the subsequent financial bid 30.04.2025. and declare the Order of Technical Bid disqualification as illegal and void in law. b. For issuance of an appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of a writ of Mandamus directing/commanding the concerned respondent authorities to reconsider the Technical Bid of the Petitioner and again open the Financial Bid of the tender in question, i.e. Package No. RRSMP/24-25 Lakhisarai01 (Tender ID- 1139117) arising out of Notice Inviting Tender Bearing No. RRSMP-03/202425 dated 17.02.2025. c.

During the pendency of this writ application, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to restrain the concerned Respondent authorities from proceeding further and finalising/executing Tender bearing Package No. RRSMP/24-25 Lakhisarai01 (Tender ID- 1139117) arising out of Notice Inviting Tender Bearing No. RRSMP03/2024-25 dated 17.02.2025 d. Any Other relief/reliefs that the Petitioner may be found to be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the Present case."

3. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State whereby it has been stated that the work order has already been issued in respect to the N.I.T in question and an agreement has also been entered as back as on 23.05.2025. Hence, the

3. Accordingly, the present writ application stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
