This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The informant had paid money to the petitioner to manage loan for the informant from the Bank.
Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is nowhere related with the Bank nor there is any evidence of payment of money to the petitioner for management of loan.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 88 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, X, Gaya, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
