That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to pay the Professional Fee to the petitioner which is pending since long as per the Govt. Rates the details given in para 14 and 16 as stated below and for further direct the Respondents

Patna High Court CWJC No.9827 of 2022(3) dt.24-02-2023 2/2 authority to clear his all dues and to grant of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is entitled."

At the outset, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Zila Parishad, Vaishali at Hajipur, submits that a sum of Rs.4,20,000/- has already been paid on the head of outstanding professional fees to the petitioner and according to the Respondent- Zila Parishad, the amount, which was / is required to be paid, as per the professional fees, fixed for the services taken from the petitioner has already stood paid, however, in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he may either approach the respondent authorities or he may file recovery suit. In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
