The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khiri More P.S. Case No. 59 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the petitioner lodged the present case making allegation that some verbal altercation took place between the family members on such, the wife of the petitioner called the petitioner and thereafter the petitioner indiscriminately assaulted Asha Devi and the informant with Lathi on their head. It is submitted that there is a counter version, but it appears that the petitioner has indiscriminately assaulted his mother, sister and brother with Lathi causing injury to all the three injured.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11688 of 2016 (4) dt.22-07-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
