The petitioner seeks bail in Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Later on, section 302 IPC was added. As per the FIR, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted Ravindra Kumar by Khanti on his head causing head injury.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not the assailant of deceased. There is case and counter case. In fact, on account of land dispute between the parties scuffle took place. Both sides sustained injury. There are three injuries on the person of Ravindra Kumar out of which the doctor has found two injuries to be simple in nature and one

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla (Meskaur) P.S.
