Petitioner was selected for the post of constable but subsequently it was suspected that one another person had appeared in the examination in place of petitioner and the present case was lodged.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that having more or less similar allegation co-accused Vikash Kumar has been granted privilege of bail by this Court.

Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
