This is an application for anticipatory bail for the offence punishable under sections 341, 325, 504, 308 and 34 of the I.P.C.
It has been submitted that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the parties had filed joint compromise petition in the Court of C.J.M. Gaya and as such the petitioners deserve sympathetic consideration.
The learned A.P.P. submits that the petitioners must surrender and seek regular bail on the basis of the compromise petition.
Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to surrender
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30009 of 2014 (2) dt.19-01-2015 2/2 in the court below and seek regular bail and in that case the court concerned, i.e. C.J.M. Gaya after ascertaining genuineness of the compromise petition shall release the petitioners on bail to its satisfaction in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 240 of 2014.
