Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The accusation against the petitioner is that he along with others demanded Rs. 12 lacs as extortion money from the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that there is a land which is bone of the contention between the parties, resulting the filing of this false case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1415 of 2016 (2) dt.14-01-2016 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S.Case No. 327 of 2015.
