The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 09 of 2021 registered under Sections 17(B)/18(B)/21(C)/25/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that in the instant case, final form has already been submitted. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
