The present case was lodged in the year 2007 and petitioner could be remanded in this case in the year 2014. Moreover, there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he shot fire on the deceased. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 49 B of 2011 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 219 of 2007 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Munger stands rejected. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
