JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-06-2025 It has been brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph no. 4 of the order dated 30.10.2024 passed in CWJC No. 16919 of 2024 in place of 'The Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Vaishali at Hajipur, District Vaishali at Hajipur' it has wrongly been typed as ' The Returning Officercum-Block Development Officer, Dhanarua Block, DistrictPatna'.

2. Accordingly, the order dated 30.10.2024 passed in CWJC No. 16919 of 2024 is modified to the extent that 'The Returning Officer-cum-Block Development Officer, Dhanarua Block, District-Patna, mentioned at para-4 of the order be read as 'The Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Vaishali at Hajipur, District Vaishali at Hajipur''.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the modification application is allowed.
