In huge quantity spirit, wrapper and other articles were recovered from a hut which is said to be of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that seizure list shows that alleged recovery was made from plani of one Aman Singh who is said to be son of petitioner but, as a matter of fact, Aman Singh is not son of the petitioner and the petitioner has only two sons which is evident from perusal of annexure 2 to the petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 15.11.2015, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. VI, Saran at Chapra in Isuapur P.S. Case no. 117/2015.
