Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sp. Case No. 14 of 2017 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 21 of 2017 registered under Sections- 7, 13(2) read with section 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged money has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Alleged recovery is from below a file kept on a rack. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28333 of 2017 (2) dt.05-07-2017 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sp. Case No. 14 of 2017 arising out of Vigilance Case No. 21 of 2017.
