The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 165 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 326, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is of catching hold of the victim when another accused person opened fire leading to injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has wrongly been made accused in this case. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35912 of 2020(2) dt.25-01-2021 2/2 allegation of firing is on Mannu Rajbhar and not on the petitioner. The petitioner is only said to have caught hold of the victim.

He is in custody since 16.06.2020 and does not have any case to his credit.

Considering the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate -1st Class, Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S.
