The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 3418 of 2015 registered under Sections 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the complainant and he has been implicated falsely in the present case. As a matter of fact, the complainant had executed the sale deed in his
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12075 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 2 / 2 favour and no fraud was played in execution of deed. Be that as it may, regard being had to the nature of the dispute, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 3418 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
