2. This is the second attempt for bail of the petitioner as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 23.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 52966 of 2022.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 625 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and later Section 66(c) & 66(d) of the IT Act has been added.
4. The petitioner is accused of withdrawing Rs. 89
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42582 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 lakhs from the account of the informant. The amount of Rs. 37,85,870/- was credited in the account of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is a super fraud. He has five similar and serious criminal antecedents. He has a number of alias names. The petitioner is in jail since 15.04.2021.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. In view of the fact that the petitioner is involved in fraud and having criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
