This application has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50224 of 2015, whereby petitioner was granted regular bail with a condition that one of the bailors must be his father. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that father of the petitioner is no more.

In above view of the matter, let one of the bailors of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3180 of 2016 (2) dt.27-01-2016 2 / 2 the petitioner be one of his parents.

Accordingly, the order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.50224 of 2015 stands modified to the aforesaid extent. This application stands disposed of.
