JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Casae No. 126 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and 66 of I.T.Act.

The allegations leveled against the petitioners are with regard to cheating the customers of Naptol with the help of pay sim card and ATM card. When the police raided the house of the petitioners, mobile, Lap top and pass books were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that so far Lap top and mobiles are concerned, it has not been alleged that they were stolen properties. It has further been submitted that the pass books belong to the daughter of petitioner no.1 and the petitioners are in custody since 7.04.2017.The petitioners do not

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case I deem it fit and appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, let, above named petitioners, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Giriyak (Katrisarai) P.S.Case No. 126 of 2017.
