Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 501C of 2022, registered for offences under Sections 420, 468, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to enable him to surrender before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Complaint Case No. 501C of 2022, within a period of four weeks from today and file appropriate petition for grant of regular bail, however seeks a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.37510 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 direction upon the learned Trial Court to hear and dispose off the regular bail petition, to be filed by the petitioner, on the very same day. Liberty so sought is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, the petitioner surrenders before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks from today and files a petition for grant of regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law and disposed off on the very same day.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
